Designing and producing market leading electromechanical actuators requires a multidisciplinary team and full knowledge of the system -including subcomponents.
At ANDAR, we design and develop 100% of all our products and complement our design with our in-house production capabilities for delivering end-to-end solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
We design and produce flightworthy products based on aerospace & certification standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, DO254, DO160). Our tools and procedures are compliant with ARP4761 to support integrators safety assessment process. We are in process of acquiring AS9100 certification covering all these aspects.
At ANDAR we not only design the EMAs but also the precise motors, transmission, structural elements, controllers, and drivers. Our competence on subcomponents makes it possible to design products beyond industry standards and customer expectations.
Our design and development capabilities are backed by our successful production system to deliver extraordinary results. In our production facilities, we don’t only produce the end products but also the critical subcomponents such as precise motors, transmission, and controllers.
